Syed Pirani vs Waqar Qasim

Boxing Daily Report from the Mbun Promotions promoted show at Mashhad An, Mashhad,  taking place on 22/07/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Iran-Razavi Khorasan Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IRIB, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Syed Pirani (16(1) - 1) who hails from Mashhad, Iran and Waqar Qasim(7 - 8 - 2) from Mashhad, Iran.  Both Pirani and Qasim weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kashif Greiss, and the three ringside judges are Waqar Youssef, Amer Farman and Wu-pen Miu.  

Round 1: 

Pirani hits home with a stinging cross.
