Ibrahim Baydar vs Coskun Kahraman

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Turkey-Izmir promoted show at Altan Gonul Gym, Izmir,  taking place on 24/06/2025:

Clearly AI Turkey-Izmir have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Turkey-Izmir Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ibrahim Baydar (5 - 11 - 1) who hails from Izmir, Turkey and Coskun Kahraman(17(1) - 2) from Izmir, Turkey.  Both Baydar and Kahraman weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ediz Ahmad, and the three ringside judges are Suleiman Ozbey, Tunc Sevi and Emin Aykut.  

Round 1: 

Baydar tries to step out of his opponents range.  Kahraman feints a jab, and then is on target with a cross.  
Kahraman gets on the inside and walks his opponent into a corner.  Kahraman lands a left uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head.  
Kahraman is on target with a cross.  
Kahraman lands a right uppercut to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.

Baydar is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Kahraman hits home with a cross.  
Kahraman advances into close range and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
Kahraman steps inside and lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a left uppercut to the head.  
Kahraman lands a right hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  Kahraman clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Baydar pushes his forearm into Kahraman's face.  The ref breaks Kahraman's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Kahraman is on target with a stiff jab.  
Kahraman connects with a spiteful right hook.  BAYDAR WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Some sustained pressure from Kahraman could be enough to finish Baydar!  Kahraman lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND BAYDAR IS DOWN!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Baydar cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is Kahraman!
