Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Tokyo International Forum, Tokyo,  taking place on 02/08/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Tokyo Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Aki Ban (5 - 4 - 3) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Raiden Taketa(11 - 4 - 3) from Hachioji, Japan.  Both Ban and Taketa weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ichiro Tsukamoto, and the three ringside judges are Isamu Okimoto, Ichiro Koizumi and Kenji Sera.
