Ghys de Baenst vs Felix Vaes

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Netherlands-North Holland promoted show at Amsterdam Scaec, Amsterdam,  taking place on 26/06/2025:

Clearly AI Netherlands-North Holland have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Netherlands-North Holland Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ghys de Baenst (6 - 7 - 3) who hails from Amsterdam, Netherlands and Felix Vaes(6 - 11 - 3) from Amsterdam, Netherlands.  de Baenst weighed in at 135 pounds, while Vaes weighed in at 134 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Tist Ghyhoet, and the three ringside judges are Boele Van Gassele, Mark Schoonvliet and Tone de Beule.
