Akeem Adebayo vs Thompson Nnamani

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Kwara State promoted show at Thompson Ekwueme Gym, Ilorin,  taking place on 26/06/2025:

Clearly AI Nigeria-Kwara State have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Kwara State Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Akeem Adebayo (6 - 7 - 2) who hails from Ilorin, Nigeria and Thompson Nnamani(5(2) - 0) from Ilorin, Nigeria.  Both Adebayo and Nnamani weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gazi Ansari, and the three ringside judges are Ikechukwu Bethel, Asif Hussain and Majid Farooq.

Nnamani sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Adebayo tries to land a cross, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.
