Matthew Sean vs Fraser Pugh

Boxing Daily Report from the All Talk Promotions promoted show at Moxy Dublin City, Dublin,  taking place on 19/07/2025:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Matthew Sean (1 - 0) who hails from Dundalk, Ireland and Fraser Pugh(0 - 2) from Birmingham, UK.  Sean weighed in at 117 pounds And 10 ounces, while Pugh weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Liam Healey, and the three ringside judges are Sam McCaig, Michael Corcoran and Lee Beirne.  

Round 1: 

Sean steps inside and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Sean lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  Sean holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Sean pushes his forearm into Pugh's face.  The referee warns Sean and breaks the clinch.  
Pugh lands a right hook.  
Sean digs in a right hook to Pugh's body.  
Sean steps inside and throws a right hook, but his opponent steps away from the punch.  Sean holds on to his opponent.  Sean leans on his opponent using all his weight. Sean uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Pugh behind the head. 
Sean connects with a right uppercut.  
Sean drives a right hook into Pugh's body.  
Pugh steps inside.  Sean is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Sean lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Sean advances into close range and lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right uppercut to the head.  Sean clinches his opponent.  Pugh leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Sean lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Sean advances into close range.  Sean sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Sean lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  Sean holds on to his opponent.  Sean uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Pugh behind the head. The referee warns Sean and breaks the clinch.  
Sean drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Sean lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Pugh's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Pugh's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Sean lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.

Sean tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook to Sean's body.

Sean closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Sean lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Sean gets on the inside and is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents body.
