Phil Platter vs Azam Azimi

Boxing Daily Report from the Spinger Boxing Club promoted show at Houston Evans, Houston,  taking place on 02/08/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the USA-SouthWest Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Phil Platter (13(6) - 0) who hails from Phoenix, USA and Azam Azimi(10 - 3(1)) from Arlington, USA.  Platter weighed in at 174 pounds and 15 ounces, while Azimi weighed in at 174 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Sean Richards, and the three ringside judges are Henry Messer, Mark Evans and Rob Smith.
