Alejandro Gardon vs Quico Herron

Boxing Daily Report from the Bawuah Promotions promoted show at Larenzo Cobian Gym, Acapulco,  taking place on 26/07/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TVC Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alejandro Gardon (12 - 6(1) - 1) who hails from Acapulco, Mexico and Quico Herron(8 - 0) from Tijuana, Mexico.  Both Gardon and Herron weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Xeres Hermosillo, and the three ringside judges are Carlos Sancho, Joaquin Bedoya and Fidel Molina.  

Round 1: 

Herron pivots from in front of his opponent.  Gardon hits home with a cross.
