Amjad Mansouri vs Waqar Kamel

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Lagos State promoted show at Lagos Orelesi, Lagos,  taking place on 27/07/2025:

Clearly AI Nigeria-Lagos State have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Lagos State Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Amjad Mansouri (9 - 4) who hails from Lagos, Nigeria and Waqar Kamel(5 - 11 - 2) from Lagos, Nigeria.  Mansouri weighed in at 126 pounds, while Kamel weighed in at 125 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Olufemi Awosola, and the three ringside judges are Yakubu Apam, Kamran Arafat and Bilal Eid.
