Ian Coleman vs Peter Guthrie

Boxing Daily Report from the Big Bang Promotions promoted show at Big Gym, London,  taking place on 07/07/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Ian Coleman (7(3) - 0) who hails from Liverpool, UK and Peter Guthrie(0 - 0 - 1) from Birmingham, UK.  Both Coleman and Guthrie weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alastair Myres, and the three ringside judges are Davie Adduce, Frank McCance and Connor Hamel.  

Round 1:

Guthrie throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a stinging right uppercut.

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Coleman dabs at his face checking for damage.
