Parvin Usifov vs Ramiz Khalaf

Boxing Daily Report from the UAE Boxing promoted show at Philharmonic Winter Hall, Baku,  taking place on 30/08/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Parvin Usifov (13 - 0) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Ramiz Khalaf(3 - 12 - 3) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Usifov weighed in at 247 pounds And 8 ounces, while Khalaf weighed in at 228 pounds And 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Bashir Amirbeyov, and the three ringside judges are Asgar Aslanov, Shamil Abdurrahmirov and Aghasafa Abdurakhmanov.
