Boxing Daily Report from the Rourke & Salvador promoted show at Urban Park, La Plata,  taking place on 01/08/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on America Sports, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Montenegro Urdiales (10 - 0) who hails from Merlo, Argentina and Juan Balderas(1 - 2) from Mendoza, Argentina.  Urdiales weighed in at 140 pounds, while Balderas weighed in at 139 pounds And 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ora Borrero, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Mayoral, Manny Pasion and Guido Floro.

Balderas steps inside.  Urdiales is on target with a firm left hook.  Urdiales holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Urdiales pushes his forearm into Balderas's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Urdiales to stop fouling.  Urdiales wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Balderas dabs at his face checking for damage.

Urdiales feints a jab, fooling Balderas into launching a left hook counter.  Urdiales springs the trap and counters with  a left hook to Balderas's body.  
Urdiales switches the action to the outside.  Urdiales feints a jab, tricking Balderas into throwing a cross counter.  Urdiales springs the trap, countering with  a sharp left uppercut.  
Balderas steps inside.  Urdiales lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Balderas quickly recovers. 
Urdiales hits the target with a sharp jab.  
Urdiales feints a jab, but Balderas does not fall for it and responds with a right uppercut.
