Boxing Daily Report from the Mayat Promotions promoted show at Aftab Parsa Gym, Medina,  taking place on 31/07/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Saudi Arabia-West Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Malik Boukallil (6 - 7 - 2) who hails from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and Umair Bookallil(7 - 9 - 1) from Taif, Saudi Arabia.  Both Boukallil and Bookallil weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zafa Yared, and the three ringside judges are Saad Awan, Aftab Hegazi and Khalid Bseiso.  

Round 1: 

Boukallil lands a cross.
