Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Gauteng promoted show at Gold Reef Entertainment Centre, Johannesburg,  taking place on 31/07/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa-Gauteng Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Callum Van Blerk (9 - 5(1) - 2) who hails from Johannesburg, South Africa and Usi Ayeh(8 - 7 - 2) from Soweto, South Africa.  Van Blerk weighed in at 112 pounds, while Ayeh weighed in at 111 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is William Ekstein, and the three ringside judges are Tokelo Motupa, John Cele and Vince Van Deventer.
