Boxing Daily Report from the Rattlesnake Promotions promoted show at Don Haskins Convention Center, El Paso,  taking place on 29/08/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fox Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Javier Villicana (17(9) - 1 - 1) who hails from Trujillo, Peru and Gage Ponce(7(4) - 3 - 1) from Bamenda, Cameroon.  Both Villicana and Ponce weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Brett Sproule, and the three ringside judges are Rob Greenshields, Henry Messer and Asif Farra.
