Petro Boback vs Matviyko Chaplin

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ukraine-Poltava Oblast promoted show at Poltava Demchuk, Poltava,  taking place on 02/08/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Ukraine-Poltava Oblast Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Eurosport, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Petro Boback (6 - 3 - 3) who hails from Poltava, Ukraine and Matviyko Chaplin(8 - 7 - 4) from Kremenchuk, Ukraine.  Both Boback and Chaplin weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vikenti Malko, and the three ringside judges are Oleksander Wasik, Sasha Zalesky and Symon Mach.
