Paul Orr vs Phil Malmborg

Boxing Daily Report from the Cheyeka Promotions promoted show at Nick Arthur Gym, Independence,  taking place on 02/08/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Missouri Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Paul Orr (3 - 2 - 3) who hails from Kansas City, USA and Phil Malmborg(6 - 0) from Kansas City, USA.  Both Orr and Malmborg weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Dom Quinn, and the three ringside judges are Gregor Dall, William Harkins and George Mulloy.  

Round 1: 

Malmborg advances into close range and is on target with a right hook.  
Malmborg gets on the inside.  Malmborg sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.
