Orlando Somera vs Diego Laguna

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Venezuela-Lara promoted show at Luis Toste Gym, Barquisimeto,  taking place on 02/08/2025:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Venezuela-Lara Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Orlando Somera (4 - 4 - 1) who hails from Barquisimeto, Venezuela and Diego Laguna(2 - 6 - 1) from Barquisimeto, Venezuela.  Somera weighed in at 114 pounds and 14 ounces, while Laguna weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Cardiel, and the three ringside judges are Juan Mateo, Diego Penaloza and Gervasio Peno.
