Hitoshi Oshiro vs Yuichi Matsuoka

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Tokyo International Forum, Tokyo,  taking place on 28/08/2025:

Clearly Gold Coast Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Hitoshi Oshiro (11 - 2 - 2) who hails from Osaka, Japan and Yuichi Matsuoka(14 - 3 - 2) from Takatsuki, Japan.  Oshiro weighed in at 111 pounds and 11 ounces, while Matsuoka weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kazuhiko Nakano, and the three ringside judges are Hiroki Amaya, Yuji Tsutsumi and Hisoka Yamamoto.
