Ellis Ritchie vs Gregor Njue

Boxing Daily Report from the Rattlesnake Promotions promoted show at Palmer Events Center, Houston,  taking place on 23/08/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ellis Ritchie (14 - 1) who hails from El Paso, USA and Gregor Njue(10 - 0) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Ritchie weighed in at 167 pounds and 10 ounces, while Njue weighed in at 167 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Johnny Cornejo, and the three ringside judges are Rob Smith, Corey Barnes and James Galbraith.
