Albain Konte vs Peabo Ofosu

Boxing Daily Report from the Offei Promotions promoted show at Sylvain Bugul Gym, Dakar,  taking place on 13/08/2025:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Western African Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on RTS, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Albain Konte (10 - 0) who hails from Pikine, Senegal and Peabo Ofosu(15(7) - 2(1)) from Kumasi, Ghana.  Konte weighed in at 153 pounds And 10 ounces, while Ofosu weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leggett Kasse, and the three ringside judges are Maslin Diene, Sezni Beal and Garner Leye.
