Boxing Daily Report from the AI Spain-Catalonia promoted show at Centre Civic Cotxeres de Sants, Barcelona,  taking place on 13/08/2025:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the EU Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Marca TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alain Van Carpels (15 - 3(1) - 1) who hails from Tilburg, Netherlands and Edmundo Mantilla(12 - 3 - 2) from Barcelona, Spain.  Van Carpels weighed in at 105 pounds, while Mantilla weighed in at 104 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rogelio Panza, and the three ringside judges are Diego Barrantes, Berto Guillermo and Vicente Inocencio.
