Hello rooq, my fighter Asuncion (https://www.eboxingpromoter.com/ProBoxer.aspx?BoxerID=24405) cannot seem to challenge for the Philippine title even though he's ranked number 3 and the champion's (also my fighter btw) mandatory isnt due until september. I'm trying to schedule the fight on march 20th but every time I select "Title" on the schedule fight screen, it says "no title available on current date"

Check the sanctioning body exclusion screen for the fighter. He seems to be suspended for a few more months. Maybe you pulled out of a title fight at some point?

Its because there was an error with the IRBF.

This guy holds the title but it wasn't showing properly so looked vacant even though he is making a title defence soon
