Boxing Daily Report from the Guatemala National Finals 2022,  taking place on 26/03/2022 from Mixco, Guatemala:

The Mixco venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Bantamweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Alejandro Cayo (20 - 7) who hails from Villa Nueva, Guatemala and Cris Espiritu(15 - 12) from Guatemala City, Guatemala.

Cayo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Espiritu hits home with a sharp left uppercut.  
Cayo pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.  
Cayo cuts off the ring, trapping Espiritu on the ropes.  Cayo lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  He then lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Cayo gets on the inside.  Cayo pivots to the side of his opponent, but Espiritu lands a solid left hook.
