Eloy Rana vs Juan Briseno

Boxing Daily Report from the Paraguay National Finals 2023,  taking place on 11/04/2023 from Asuncion, Paraguay:

The Asuncion venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Light Flyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Eloy Rana (28 - 8) who hails from San Lorenzo, Paraguay and Juan Briseno(1 - 0) from Asuncion, Paraguay.  

Round 1: 

Rana lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Briseno advances into close range and attempts to land a left uppercut, but Rana dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Rana sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Briseno is on target with a cross.

Rana lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.

Rana lands a double jab to his opponents head.  He continues the combination and lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.
