Boxing Daily Report from the Brazil National Finals 2024,  taking place on 11/03/2024 from Brasilia, Brazil:

The Brasilia venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Featherweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Ramiro Henriques (31 - 11) who hails from Belem, Brazil and Rico Luiz(15 - 10) from Manaus, Brazil.  

Round 1: 

Henriques attempts to land a right hook, but Luiz sidesteps and counters with a cross.

Luiz quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a spiteful jab.

As they grapple, Henriques pushes his forearm into Luiz's face.  The ref breaks Henriques's hold and signals for the fight to continue.

Henriques tries to land a jab, but Luiz sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Henriques is looking to close the distance.  Luiz lands a left hook.
