Boxing Daily Report from the New Zealand National Finals 2026,  taking place on 14/04/2026 from Wellington, New Zealand:

The Wellington venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Light Flyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are David Hanna (20 - 17(1)) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and Matthew Shumway(15 - 30) from North Shore, New Zealand.
