Tae-hee Lim vs Hyun-jun Bak

Boxing Daily Report from the South Korea National Finals 2026,  taking place on 26/04/2026 from Suwon, South Korea:

The Suwon venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Flyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Tae-hee Lim (21 - 9) who hails from Busan, South Korea and Hyun-jun Bak(6 - 6) from Incheon, South Korea.

Bak closes the distance.  Lim voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Bak accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Lim.  
Lim steps away from his opponent and lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Lim tries to keep the action at long range and lands two jabs to the body, and one to the head.  
Bak hits home with a cross.  Bak attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives Lim time to recover.  
Lim steps to the outside and attempts to land a cross, but Bak slips the shot and counters with a sharp right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  
Lim lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Bak is looking to close the distance.  Lim is on target with a right uppercut.
