Boxing Daily Report from the Senegal National Finals 2028,  taking place on 26/04/2028 from Touba, Senegal:

The Touba venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Lightweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Simon Samoura (1 - 3(2)) who hails from Pikine, Senegal and Yves Camara(22 - 22) from Touba, Senegal.

Samoura tries to step out of his opponents range.  Camara connects with a sharp cross.  
Camara lands a left hook.  
Camara lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Camara lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Camara closes the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Samoura on the ropes.  Camara connects with a right hook.  
Samoura switches the action to the outside.  Camara connects with a cross.  
Camara gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the body, a left uppercut to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Camara lands two right hook's to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  Camara holds on to his opponent.  Samoura leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Camara forces Samoura to back into the ropes.  Camara lands two consecutive left uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Camara lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  He continues the combination and lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Camara lands a right uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Camara steps inside and connects with a right uppercut.

Camara advances into close range and drives a left hook into his opponents liver.  
Camara gets on the inside.  Camara sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Camara lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Camara ties up his opponent.  Camara leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Camara hits home with a right hook.  
Samoura now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Camara lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Camara cuts off the ring, trapping Samoura on the ropes.  Camara lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Camara lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Camara lands a WICKED right uppercut.  SAMOURA HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  HE TRIES TO RISE ON SHAKY LEGS BUT SAMOURA CAN'T BEAT THE COUNT!  The winner by KO is Camara!
