Boxing Daily Report from the South Korea National Finals 2029,  taking place on 26/04/2029 from Suwon, South Korea:

The Suwon venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Light Flyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Bo-kyung Yong (3 - 5(1)) who hails from Seoul, South Korea and Kyo0won Tak(20 - 29) from Changwon, South Korea.  

Round 1: 

Tak closes the distance.  Tak pivots to the right of his opponent.  Yong attempts to land a left hook, but Tak slips the shot and counters with a stinging cross.  
Yong connects with a right hook.  
Tak manouvers Yong onto the ropes.  Tak pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a solid left hook.  
Tak lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Tak is looking to close the distance and lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Tak hits home with a firm left hook.  
Tak connects with a firm left hook.  
Tak pivots to the right of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Yong steps to the outside and attempts to land a jab, but Tak blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Yong throws a right uppercut, but Tak ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Yong pushes his forearm into Tak's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Tak lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Tak attempts to land a left uppercut, but Yong blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Tak digs in a stinging left hook to Yong's ribs.  Tak holds on to his opponent.  Tak pushes his forearm into Yong's face.  The referee warns Tak and breaks the clinch.  
Yong switches the action to the outside and is on target with a jab.  
Tak steps inside and lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Yong throws a right hook, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Tak steps away from his opponent and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.  
Tak forces Yong to retreat onto the ropes.  Tak sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Tak gets on the inside.  Yong throws a right hook, but Tak ties up his opponent.  As they grapple, Tak pushes his forearm into Yong's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Tak.  
Tak lands a solid left hook.  
Tak pivots to the left of his opponent.  Tak digs in a left hook to his opponents liver.  Tak clinches his opponent.  Tak uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Yong's kidney. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Yong tries to keep the action at long range and lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Tak's trainer is telling his fighter to play it safe for the remainder of the fight.
