Dave Sanders vs Inigo Theodorou

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 29/04/2030 from Sydney, Australia:

The Sydney venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dave Sanders (17 - 2) who hails from Adelaide, Australia and Inigo Theodorou(5 - 15) from Sydney, Australia.  

Round 1: 

Theodorou advances into close range and connects with a left hook.  
Sanders steps to the outside.  Sanders feints a jab, fooling Theodorou into throwing a right hook counter.  Sanders springs the trap, countering with  a right uppercut.  
Sanders is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Sanders quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Theodorou gets on the inside.  Sanders hits home with a right hook.

Theodorou sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Theodorou attempts to land a left uppercut, but Sanders blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Theodorou closes the distance.  Sanders lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Theodorou tries to keep the action at long range and lands a stinging jab.  
Theodorou steps inside and hits home with a stinging right uppercut.  
Sanders hits home with a left hook.

Sanders closes the distance.  Theodorou tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Theodorou connects with a right hook.  
Theodorou hits home with a left hook.  
Sanders hits home with a left hook.  
Sanders steps inside and drives a firm left hook into his opponents body.  Sanders clinches his opponent.  Sanders is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. Theodorou tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Sanders behind the head. 
Sanders lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Theodorou feints a left, and then lands a jab to the body, and then to the head.  
Theodorou pivots to the side of his opponent.  Theodorou attempts to land a right uppercut, but Sanders blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.
