Dave Sanders vs Rob Cole

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 25/05/2030 from Sunshine Coast, Australia:

The Sunshine Coast venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Dave Sanders (24 - 3) who hails from Adelaide, Australia and Rob Cole(11 - 18) from Sunshine Coast, Australia.  

Round 1: 

Sanders is on target with a cross.  
Cole closes the distance and is on target with a stinging right hook to his opponents body.  
Sanders is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a cross, overhand left and an overhand right to his opponents head.  
Cole steps inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Cole tries to land a right hook, but Sanders blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Sanders lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Sanders is looking to keep his distance and is on target with a jab.  
Cole gets on the inside.  Sanders attempts to land a left hook, but Cole dodges the shot and counters with a solid cross.

Cole is on target with a right hook.  Cole attempts to land a left uppercut, but Sanders blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Sanders feints a left, and then finds the target with a jab.  
Sanders steps away from his opponent.  Cole throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut to his opponents ribcage.  
Cole is looking to close the distance and cuts off the ring, trapping Sanders on the ropes.  Cole digs in a sharp left hook to his opponents body.

Cole is looking to close the distance and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.

Cole manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Cole lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.
