Fraser Kelman vs Ben Liston

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 14/07/2031 from Georgetown, Guyana:

The Georgetown venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Fraser Kelman (8 - 18) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Ben Liston(15 - 13) from Georgetown, Guyana.  

Round 1: 

Kelman quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a left hook.  
Liston advances into close range and is on target with a firm left hook.  
Kelman attempts to land a right hook, but Liston dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Kelman sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Liston is on target with a left hook.  
Liston drives a stinging left hook into Kelman's body.  
Liston quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Kelman pivots from in front of his opponent, but Liston connects with a solid left hook.  
Liston is looking to close the distance.  Liston sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a stinging left hook.  
Kelman lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Liston quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and connects with a right hook.  
Liston hits home with a right hook.  
Liston quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.  
Liston lands a sharp cross.  
Liston tries to keep the action at long range and is on target with a jab.  
Liston is looking to close the distance.  Liston pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a sharp left hook.  
Liston steps inside and throws a right hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a firm left uppercut.

Liston lands a cross.  
Kelman advances into close range.  Liston lands a right uppercut, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head.  
Kelman walks Liston onto the ropes.  Kelman attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives Liston time to recover.  
Liston is on target with a sharp left hook.  
Liston is looking to keep the action on the outside and hits home with a sharp jab.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Kelman's trainer is telling his fighter he needs a knockout to win!

Liston is on target with a solid right uppercut.  
Liston switches the action to the outside.  Liston feints a right, and then lands a stiff jab.  Liston attempts to land a jab, but Kelman blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Kelman gets on the inside and manages to force Liston onto the ropes.  Liston digs in a left uppercut to his opponents liver.  
Liston hits home with a left hook.  
Kelman throws a right hook, but Liston clinches his opponent.  Kelman is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Kelman about fouling.  
Kelman closes the distance.  Liston lands a left hook.  
Liston is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands a jab, overhand right and a cross to his opponents head.  
Liston tries to keep the action at long range.  Kelman connects with an overhand left.  
Liston feints a cross, and then strikes his opponents body with a jab.
