Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 07/02/2034 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Ryo Shima (28(2) - 19) who hails from Machida, Japan and Aki Imada(7 - 13(2)) from Sendai, Japan.  

Round 1:

Imada tries to keep the action at long range.  Shima lands an overhand right followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Shima gets on the inside and hits home with a solid right uppercut.  
Imada connects with a cross.  
Imada is on target with an overhand left.  
Shima gets on the inside and lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents head.  
Shima walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Shima is on target with a stinging right hook.

Shima closes the distance and attempts to land a right hook, but Imada blocks the shot and counters with a sharp left uppercut.  
Shima closes the distance and is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.

Shima digs in a solid left hook to Imada's liver.  
Shima drives a solid left hook into Imada's liver.
