Simcik lands a right hook followed by  two left hooks to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Simcik ties up his opponent.  Simcik pushes his forearm into Placek's face.  The referee warns Simcik and breaks the clinch.  Placek recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Simcik walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Simcik lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Simcik digs in a stinging right hook to Placek's ribs.  
Simcik manouvers Placek onto the ropes.  Simcik lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Placek sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Simcik lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND SENDS PLACEK SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  Placek quickly recovers. 
Placek is looking to keep the action on the outside and is on target with a hard jab.  
Placek drives a hard jab into his opponents face.  
Placek finds the target with a spiteful jab.  
Simcik steps inside and lands a firm left hook.  
Simcik quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body followed by two left hook's to the head.  
Placek switches the action to the outside and lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Simcik closes the distance and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  
Simcik is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Simcik is on target with a HUGE cross.  PLACEK IS DOWN!  HE UNSTEADILY TRIES TO GET UP BUT IS UNABLE TO BEAT THE 10 COUNT!  The winner by KO is Simcik!
