Jacob Manyika vs Joshua Vilakazi

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 26/01/2036 from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe:

The Bulawayo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Jacob Manyika (28 - 12) who hails from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and Joshua Vilakazi(4 - 14(1)) from Soweto, South Africa.  

Round 1: 

Manyika tries to step out of his opponents range and hits home with a cross.  
Manyika lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Manyika tries to land a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.

Manyika is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Vilakazi quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Manyika hits home with a stinging jab.

Manyika digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Manyika closes the distance.  Vilakazi lands a left hook.  
Vilakazi gets on the inside.  Manyika is on target with a right hook.  
Manyika steps to the outside and lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Vilakazi drives a left hook into his opponents body.
