Gus Loar vs Fresco Milian

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 28/03/2036 from Minneapolis, USA:

The Minneapolis venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Gus Loar (16(1) - 1) who hails from Minneapolis, USA and Fresco Milian(2 - 3) from El Alto, Bolivia.  

Round 1: 

Loar closes the distance and lands a stinging left uppercut.  
Loar lands a cross.  
Loar is looking to close the distance and is on target with a sharp left hook.  Loar ties up his opponent.  Loar pushes his forearm into Milian's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Loar lands a right hook, left hook and a right hook to his opponents body.  Loar attempts to land a left hook, but Milian blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.

Milian is looking to keep his distance and lands a sharp cross.  
Loar sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Milian throws a left hook, but Loar clinches his opponent.  Loar is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee warns Loar and breaks the clinch.  
Milian steps to the outside and hits home with a cross.  
Loar closes the distance and lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body, AND MILIAN IS DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  
Loar knows Milian is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Loar lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body, AND DOWN GOES MILIAN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 4.  Milian now seems to have recovered from the bodyshot.  
Loar lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  
Milian throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Loar's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Loar forces Milian to back into the red corner.  Loar is on target with a left hook.  Loar tries to land a right hook, but Milian parries the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Loar connects with a firm right uppercut.  
Milian throws a right hook, but Loar ties up his opponent.  Loar is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref breaks Loar's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Loar steps inside.  Milian attempts to land a right uppercut, but Loar sidesteps and counters with a stinging left hook.  
Loar is on target with a sharp left hook.  
Loar drives a firm left uppercut into Milian's ribs.  
Loar is looking to close the distance and is on target with a stinging left uppercut.

Loar sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Loar is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.  
Milian throws a left hook, but Loar ties up his opponent.  Milian tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Loar behind the head. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Loar connects with a left hook.  
Milian is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Loar lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Milian almost instantly recovers. 
Loar lands a firm right uppercut.  
Loar is on target with a left hook.  
Loar quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Milian throws a right hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Loar holds on to his opponent.  Loar uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Milian's kidney. The referee warns Loar and breaks the clinch.

Loar sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands two right hook's to the head followed by a left hook to the body.

Loar walks Milian down, trapping him in a neutral corner.  Loar lands a solid right hook.  
Loar pivots from in front of his opponent and lands two consecutive right uppercuts to his opponents head.

Loar lands a left uppercut to the body followed by two right hook's to the head, AND MILIAN IS DOWN!  He tries to rise on shaky legs but Milian cant beat the count!  The winner by KO is Loar!
