Jacob Manyika vs Noel Rusere

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 20/04/2036 from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe:

The Bulawayo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Jacob Manyika (31 - 12) who hails from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and Noel Rusere(3 - 4) from Harare, Zimbabwe.  

Round 1: 

Rusere throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Manyika lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Rusere steps to the outside and hits home with a stinging overhand right.  Rusere tries to land a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Rusere feints a jab, but Manyika is not fooled and is on target with a left uppercut.  
Manyika closes the distance.  Manyika sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head.

Manyika closes the distance and forces Rusere to back into the corner.  Manyika is on target with a left uppercut.
