Boxing Daily Report from the Egypt National Finals 2020,  taking place on 11/03/2020 from Cairo, Egypt:

The Cairo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Quarter Final fight in the Light Flyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Amer Mady (6 - 7) who hails from Cairo, Egypt and Amjad Issawi(9(1) - 4) from Alexandria, Egypt.  

Round 1: 

Mady lands a straight 1 - 2.  
Mady connects with a left hook.  
Issawi digs in a firm right hook to Mady's ribcage.

Mady connects with a left uppercut.  
Issawi digs in a left uppercut to Mady's body.  
Mady is on target with a right hook.  
Issawi connects with a left hook.  
Issawi is on target with a solid left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  Issawi holds on to his opponent.  Mady is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.
