Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 21/12/2036 from Oakland, USA:

The Oakland venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Harry Gladstone (25 - 17(1)) who hails from San Jose, USA and John Dunkin(1 - 8) from Sacremento, USA.  

Round 1: 

Dunkin steps inside and forces Gladstone to back into the ropes.  Dunkin pivots to the right of his opponent and is on target with a right hook.  
Dunkin sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Gladstone lands with a solid jab.

Dunkin throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Gladstone hits home with a left hook.

Dunkin connects with a cross.  
Gladstone steps to the outside.  Gladstone feints a right hook, and then lands a cross to the body followed by a overhand left to the head.

Gladstone tries to step out of his opponents range.  Dunkin hits home with a cross.  Dunkin throws an overhand left, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Gladstone is on target with a left uppercut to Dunkin's body.  
Dunkin gets on the inside and manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Dunkin sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Dunkin throws a right hook, but Gladstone clinches his opponent.  Gladstone pushes his forearm into Dunkin's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Gladstone drives a firm left hook into Dunkin's ribs.  
Gladstone switches the action to the outside and throws a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Gladstone is on target with a jab.  Gladstone throws an uppercut to the body, but lands well below the belt!  The ref ignores Dunkin's complaints and signals for the action to continue.  
Gladstone gets on the inside.  Dunkin lands a left hook.  
Gladstone quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a left hook.  
Dunkin gets on the inside.  Gladstone drives a firm right hook into Dunkin's body.  
Dunkin gets on the inside.  Dunkin quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Gladstone is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Dunkin's trainer is telling his fighter he must go to war on his opponent!
