Yuichi Hirai vs Iwao Takemoto

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 02/01/2037 from Tokyo, Japan:

The Tokyo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Yuichi Hirai (26 - 3) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Iwao Takemoto(1 - 6(2)) from Yokohama, Japan.  

Round 1: 

Takemoto quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent, but Hirai hits home with a cross.  
Hirai lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
Hirai is looking to close the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Hirai lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.

Takemoto steps away from his opponent and lands a jab followed by a overhand right to his opponents head.

Hirai walks his opponent down, trapping him in the blue corner.  Hirai lands a left uppercut followed by a jab to his opponents head.

Hirai is on target with a left uppercut to Takemoto's body.  
Takemoto attempts to land a right uppercut, but Hirai slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.
