Malik Elmohamady vs Waqas Kaiser

Boxing Daily Report from the Egypt National Finals 2020,  taking place on 14/03/2020 from Cairo, Egypt:

The Cairo venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Featherweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Malik Elmohamady (14 - 3) who hails from Shubra El-Kheima, Egypt and Waqas Kaiser(16(1) - 0) from Suez, Egypt.  

Round 1: 

Kaiser gets on the inside.  Elmohamady goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref stops the action and gives Kaiser time to recover.  
Kaiser is looking to close the distance and lands a right uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents head.

Elmohamady pivots to the right of his opponent, but Kaiser lands a jab to the head, a left hook to the head and a jab to the body.

Kaiser steps inside.  Elmohamady is on target with a left hook to Kaiser's body.  
Kaiser lands a sharp overhand right.
