The Ponce venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Iago Maximo (15 - 9) who hails from Ponce, Puerto Rico and Jonathan Pehrson(0 - 3) from Stockholm, Sweden.

Maximo closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  Maximo clinches his opponent.  Maximo pushes his forearm into Pehrson's face.  The referee warns Maximo and breaks the clinch.

Pehrson tries to keep the action at long range and lands with a stinging jab.  
Pehrson is looking to keep the action on the outside and throws a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Pehrson lands a jab.  
Maximo advances into close range and hits home with a left hook.  
Maximo lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a jab to the head.  
Maximo lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Pehrson pivots to the left of his opponent.  Pehrson throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a solid left hook to his opponents liver.  
Maximo lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  Maximo ties up his opponent.  Maximo pushes his forearm into Pehrson's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Maximo about fouling.  
Pehrson tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a jab.  
Maximo advances into close range and walks his opponent into a corner.  Maximo is on target with a left uppercut.
