Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 22/02/2037 from Los Angeles, USA:

The Los Angeles venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Peter Jerden (7 - 3) who hails from Santa Ana, USA and Robert Howat(2 - 7(1)) from Warren, USA.  

Round 1: 

Howat sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Howat attempts to land a left uppercut, but Jerden parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Howat closes the distance and manouvers his opponent into the blue corner.  Jerden lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.

Jerden tries to step out of his opponents range and lands a cross.  
Howat closes the distance.  Jerden hits home with a right uppercut.  
Howat is looking to close the distance.  Jerden connects with a left hook.  
Jerden switches the action to the outside and is on target with a jab.  
Jerden is looking to keep his distance and lands a cross.  
Howat connects with a stinging left hook.  Howat attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives Jerden time to recover.
