Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 03/03/2037 from Honolulu, USA:

The Honolulu venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are John Urquhart (44(12) - 16) who hails from Honolulu, USA and Rob Maben(0 - 11(1)) from Detroit, USA.  

Round 1: 

Maben is on target with a jab.  
Urquhart gets on the inside and hits home with a left hook.  
Urquhart is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Urquhart lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Urquhart steps inside and drives a stinging right uppercut into his opponents ribcage.  
Urquhart sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Urquhart lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Urquhart ties up his opponent.  Urquhart tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Maben's kidney. 
Urquhart forces Maben to retreat onto the ropes.  Urquhart connects with a left hook.  
Maben throws a left uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Maben is looking to close the distance and attempts to land a left hook, but Urquhart parries the shot and counters with a sharp right hook.  
Urquhart hits home with a spiteful jab.  
Urquhart lands a left uppercut to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body, AND DOWN GOES MABEN!  He is back up on his feet at 6.  
Urquhart sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Urquhart lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents body, DROPPING MABEN TO THE CANVAS!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Urquhart!
