Lucas Hoose vs Adam Oliver

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 25/03/2037 from Las Vegas, USA:

The Las Vegas venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Lucas Hoose (41(3) - 11) who hails from Henderson, USA and Adam Oliver(0 - 7) from Dallas, USA.  

Round 1: 

Hoose closes the distance and throws a left hook, but his opponent steps away from the punch.  Hoose clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Hoose pushes his forearm into Oliver's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Hoose.  
Oliver is looking to close the distance.  Hoose lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.

Oliver sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Hoose snaps his opponents head back with a ramrod jab.  
Hoose throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a sharp cross.  
Hoose walks Oliver down, trapping him in the corner.  Hoose is on target with a left hook.  
Hoose hits home with a solid right hook.  
Hoose lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Oliver is on target with a left hook to Hoose's ribs.  
Oliver is on target with a sharp left hook to Hoose's liver.  Hoose clinches his opponent.  Hoose leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.

Oliver advances into close range.  Hoose throws a left hook, but is unable to get through his opponents guard.  Hoose holds on to his opponent.  Oliver is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref separates the two fighters.

Hoose closes the distance.  Oliver is on target with a solid left hook to Hoose's body.  
Hoose lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Hoose advances into close range and is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.

Hoose lands a left hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head, AND HIS OPPONENT IS HURT!  Oliver quickly recovers.

Hoose gets on the inside.  Oliver throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Hoose EXPLODES a mean left hook into his opponents face.  OLIVER IS DOWN!  HE TRIES TO RISE ON SHAKY LEGS BUT OLIVER CAN'T BEAT THE COUNT!  The winner by KO is Hoose!
