Boxing Daily Report from the Guyana National Finals 2037,  taking place on 29/03/2037 from Linden, Guyana:

The Linden venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Featherweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Charles Travis (2 - 0) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Rob Stephenson(5 - 10) from Georgetown, Guyana.  

Round 1:

Travis steps to the outside.  Travis sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with a cross.  
Stephenson sidesteps to the left of his opponent, but Travis is on target with a stinging left hook to his opponents body.  
Stephenson steps to the outside.  Stephenson quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and finds the target with a jab.  
Stephenson is looking to keep his distance and lands a ramrod jab.  
Stephenson gets on the inside.  Travis is on target with a right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Travis feints a right, and then lands three consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Travis tries to keep the action at long range.  Travis sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Stephenson throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
Travis tries to step out of his opponents range and connects with an overhand left.  
Stephenson throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.

Stephenson closes the distance and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Stephenson sidesteps to the right of his opponent, but Travis drives a potent right hook into Stephenson's body.  STEPHENSON WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Stephenson quickly recovers. 
Stephenson is on target with a jab.  
Stephenson lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.  
Stephenson steps inside and hits home with a firm left uppercut.  Travis clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Stephenson pushes his forearm into Travis's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Stephenson about fouling.  
Stephenson throws a right hook, but Travis ties up his opponent.  Travis leans on his opponent using all his weight. Stephenson throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Travis digs in a right hook to Stephenson's body.  
Travis tries to keep the action at long range and finds the target with a jab.  
Travis sidesteps to the right of his opponent and slams a hurtful left hook into Stephenson's body.  STEPHENSON WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Travis sees his opponent is hurt.  He's looking for the finish!  Travis lands a left hook to the head, a left hook to the body and a left uppercut to the body, AND STEPHENSON IS DOWN!  He is still struggling to his feet as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Travis!
