Boxing Daily Report from the Malaysia National Finals 2037,  taking place on 14/04/2037 from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia:

The Petaling Jaya venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have a Semi Final fight in the Light Flyweight divison.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Farhan Soomro (20(4) - 10) who hails from Ipoh, Malaysia and Chris Zhan(22 - 13) from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.  

Round 1: 

Zhan is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Soomro steps away from his opponent.  Soomro quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and hits home with a cross.

Zhan closes the distance and hits home with a left hook.  
Zhan digs in a stinging right hook to his opponents body.  
Zhan pivots to the left of his opponent and hits home with a solid right hook.  
Zhan leans back on the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  Soomro steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  Soomro lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.  
Soomro steps inside and is on target with a firm left hook to his opponents liver.
