Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 11/05/2037 from Miami, USA:

The Miami venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are James Mun (53(18) - 14) who hails from Port St. Lucie, USA and Mel Kernell(0 - 3) from Boston, USA.  

Round 1: 

Mun steps inside and lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.

Mun lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Kernell sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Mun throws a left hook, but is unable to find the target.  Mun holds on to his opponent.  Mun leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Mun's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Mun lands a right hook.  Mun clinches his opponent.  Mun is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Mun lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  He then lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Mun is on target with a telling left uppercut to Kernell's body.  IT LOOKS LIKE KERNELL WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Kernell almost instantly recovers. 
Mun is on target with a left hook to Kernell's body.  Mun clinches his opponent.  Mun leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Mun connects with a stinging right hook.  Mun ties up his opponent.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Mun lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Mun lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a cross to the head.

Mun advances into close range.  Mun quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Mun lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head.  Mun holds on to his opponent.  Mun tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Kernell behind the head. Mun pushes his forearm into Kernell's face.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Mun to stop fouling.  
Kernell is on target with a jab.  
Kernell lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Mun is looking to close the distance and is on target with a right hook.  
Mun hits home with a stinging left hook.  
Kernell pivots to the right of his opponent, but Mun finds the target with a jab.  
Mun is on target with a cross.  
Mun advances into close range and is on target with a sharp right hook.  
Mun lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Mun lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  
Mun cuts off the ring, trapping Kernell on the ropes.  Mun knows Kernell is hurt...he is putting the pressure on now, looking for the stoppage.  Mun drives a telling right uppercut into Kernell's body.  KERNELL HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He manages to get up at 6.  
Mun whips in a nasty right uppercut to Kernell's body.  KERNELL IS DROPPED TO THE CANVAS!  HE IS UNABLE TO GET UP BEFORE THE COUNT REACHES 10!  The winner by KO is Mun!
