Sancho Acpal vs Abdul Ashraf

Boxing Daily Report from the Amateur Boxing Club Challenge,  taking place on 16/05/2037 from Sana'a, Yemen:

The Sana'a venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  


Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 3 round matchup are Sancho Acpal (10 - 12) who hails from Santa Maria, Philippines and Abdul Ashraf(7 - 10) from Sana'a, Yemen.  

Round 1: 

Acpal drives a right hook into Ashraf's body.  
Acpal is looking to close the distance and attempts to land a right uppercut, but Ashraf dodges the shot and counters with a left hook.

Ashraf lands a right uppercut.

Ashraf is looking to keep his distance.  Acpal is on target with a sharp cross.

Acpal steps inside and walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Acpal attempts to land a right hook, but Ashraf blocks the shot and counters with a sharp right uppercut.  
Acpal is on target with a firm right hook.  Acpal ties up his opponent.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Acpal digs in a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Ashraf is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Acpal is on target with a solid overhand right.  
Ashraf lands a firm cross.

Acpal lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs, AND DOWN GOES ASHRAF!  He unsteadily tries to get up but is unable to beat the 10 count!  The winner by KO is Acpal!
